Если гора не идет к Магомету Sun не отдает Java, то сами напишем компилятор для OOo: http://www.openoffice.org/

We understand that there have been questions regarding the use of the Java language in OpenOffice.org. OpenOffice.org uses Java only in some areas; the rest of the code is in C++. The use of Java has allowed OpenOffice.org to rapidly gain needed functionality, and OpenOffice.org can now run in different Java environments. Following great work by the community, the choice of Java environments to support that functionality is expanding. The GNU Compiler for Java (GCJ) project, whose goal is to create an open Java compiler, promises a Free java environment. OpenOffice.org is working closely with the GCJ project to fix issues and extend functionality in both codebases to ensure that users everywhere benefit from Free Software.
